Confirm the location before booking.
Standard appointments are completed at the customer’s home. The work area must meet these requirements before Vanta arrives.
Residential service
Standard mobile appointments are completed at eligible homes within the listed service area.
Safe private space
The vehicle must be parked in a safe, legal and reasonably level private driveway.
Outdoor connection
Working outdoor water access must be available within practical reach of the vehicle.
Standard outlet
A functioning standard electrical outlet must be available within practical reach.

Prepare the vehicle and work area.
Remove valuables and loose belongings
Take out money, documents, electronics, medications, car seats and personal property that should not be handled.
Keep problem areas visible
Do not hide stains, odors, pet hair or damage. Clear visibility helps Vanta confirm the service and set realistic expectations.
Provide keys, water and power
Make sure the vehicle and required utilities are accessible at the scheduled start time.
Remain reachable
You do not need to stay outside, but please remain available by phone if the condition requires approval or a service adjustment.

The displayed amount is the service’s starting price. Vehicle size, condition and specialty labor can affect the final recommendation. Meaningful changes are discussed before additional work begins.
What if I choose the wrong service?
Vanta reviews the vehicle at the appointment. If another service is a better fit, the condition and available options will be discussed before work begins. For uncertain or severe conditions, use Help Me Choose, Request a Quote or the In Person Estimate first.
Is a deposit required?
Certain services may require a deposit. Square displays any required amount and the applicable booking terms before the appointment is completed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Review the Terms and Conditions for the policy that applies to the appointment.
What happens if weather affects mobile service?
Wind, rain, snow, extreme temperatures or unsafe conditions may require an adjusted start time or rescheduling. Vanta will contact you when conditions could affect safety or results.
