Severe Interior Cleanup

Some vehicles need an assessment before any responsible price or promise can be made.

Vanta evaluates the amount of debris, material condition, contamination, staining, odor and sanitation needs before confirming the safest service plan, realistic result and total price.

The restoration process

A custom sequence built around the actual condition.

Not every step belongs in every vehicle. Vanta selects the process only after identifying the materials, hazards and areas that can be improved safely.

01

Condition assessment

Photos and inspection document soil level, damage, contamination and likely labor.

02

Customized cleanup plan

The accepted scope, priorities, limitations and price are confirmed before intensive work begins.

03

Loose debris removal

Accessible trash, loose material and heavy surface buildup are removed in controlled stages.

04

Targeted deep cleaning

Suitable carpet, upholstery and hard surfaces receive extraction, steam or material specific care.

05

Sanitation steps

Appropriate treatment is selected for the condition without making unsupported health claims.

06

Result and limitation review

Permanent damage and remaining concerns are explained clearly at completion.

When standard detailing is not enough

Built for restoration level interior conditions.

01

Heavily neglected interiors

long term accumulation across carpet, seats, trim, storage areas and high contact surfaces.

02

Excessive debris and soil

Conditions requiring staged removal before normal cleaning methods can begin.

03

Major staining or contamination

Multiple problem areas where materials, source and safety must be evaluated first.

04

Disaster related cleanup

Vehicles affected by unusual events that need a direct review before service can be accepted.

Safety and service boundaries

Some conditions must be declined or handled by a specialist.

Vanta may decline needles, unknown chemicals, active mold from unresolved water intrusion, significant bodily fluids, pests, hazardous waste or any condition that cannot be handled safely with detailing equipment and protective procedures.

Permanent staining, worn coatings, torn material, corrosion, damaged electronics and contamination inside foam or insulation may remain. Multiple service stages can be necessary.

Do not remove or disturb unknown hazardous material before the assessment. Describe the condition honestly and send clear photos so the safest next step can be determined.

Before requesting service

Give Vanta enough information to assess the job responsibly.

Vehicle information

Year, make and model

Vehicle size, interior layout and material types affect the plan and labor.

Condition history

What caused it?

Explain how long the condition has existed and any event connected to it.

Prior attempts

What has been tried?

Disclose chemicals, extraction, foggers, ozone or repairs already performed.

Visual assessment

Send clear photos

Include wide cabin views and close photos of the worst areas without hiding the condition.

Severe cleanup FAQs

Understand the assessment before service.

Restoration level interiors require accurate information, realistic expectations and a safe work plan.

Call (801) 548-7744 if you need to explain the condition before sending photos.

Why can’t you provide a firm price immediately?

Labor can vary dramatically based on debris volume, contamination, material damage, vehicle size and the number of cleaning stages required. A firm price without enough condition information would be unreliable.

Can every severely neglected interior be accepted?

No. Vanta may decline unsafe, prohibited or specialist level contamination and any condition that cannot be handled responsibly with mobile detailing procedures.

Will every stain and damaged area be restored?

No. Permanent discoloration, chemical damage, torn material, worn coatings and deeply penetrated contamination can remain after the safest available cleaning.

Can the cleanup take more than one appointment?

Yes. Severe conditions may require staged debris removal, drying time, odor treatment or follow up work rather than one overly aggressive session.

What photos should I send?

Send wide views of the front, rear and cargo areas plus clear closeups of the worst debris, stains, spills, damage and suspected contamination.
